1. What is Eyelash Extension?

Eyelash Extension is a modern method to have your eyelashes look fuller and longer at the same time looking natural. The procedure is done through adding synthetic lashes, one by one to your natural eyelashes.

2. How long does Eyelash Extension service take?

The procedure usually takes between 1 hour to 1 hour and half depending on which service you are getting. The procedure sometimes can take less if it is a retouch session of our smaller set.

3. How long do Eyelash Extensions last?

We recommend customers to receive a retouch every 2 to 3 weeks. It is because your natural lashes will fall off daily along with your extended ones and this is totally normal. Some customers prefer to come every week to get retouch because they cannot live without the glamorous look of our eyelash extension service. And MORE IMPORTANTLY, YOUR AFTERCARE will either lengthen or shorten the lifespan of eyelash extension.

4. What do I have to prepare before coming in for Eyelash Extension?

Please do NOT wear any makeup. The eyelashes cannot be wet for the next 24 hours after the service.

5. How do I take care of Eyelash Extension?

· Do NOT get them wet or sweaty for the next 24 hours.

· Do not get them sweaty for 48 hours, no Sauna, Hot Yoga, or Steam room for next 48 hour.

· Avoid heat as well.

· ONLY use OIL-FREE makeup remover when removing makeups.

· Do NOT wear mascara.

· Do NOT use curler on the eyelashes, we will have them at an ideal curl during application.
